Address: 974 College St, Toronto, ON M6H 1A5 Canada (Cost is roughly $20-$40 per person) Jayden Park, the owner of this establishment, has recently introduced his dinner menu. His goal is to use fresh Korean ingredients with French bistro classics. This allows for the fresh Korean ingredients to blend beautifully with the rich French menu items. Gateau Ghost was originally started as a delivery-only pastry shop during COVID-19. The owner, Jayden Park first got his name out of there by selling his madeleines online. Once he opened an in-person location after COVID, his hype from his online business allowed him to now expand his menu.  This menu item listed is the miso roasted cabbage. This cabbage is steeped in a salt-sugar brine for 12 hours, roasted in the oven, and then topped with a beurre noisette (French browned butter used to compliment savoury foods).
